Clarity was given I appreciate the information. I look forward to future purchases when I pay off this balance. SNAP has been a great way for me to provide products in my home when needed at a convenience to my finances.

I settled my loan 2 months ago, and this company, Snap Loan, is still taking money from out of my account! I would not recommend anyone to this loan company, and not only did they take extra from out of my account when I went to settle the loan, they had taken extra that day as well. When I requested that my money be sent back into my account, the lady informed me that they cannot return my extra payment, so I ended up paying them 3 times that amount that day just to settle the loan, only to see that I'm still being charged.

Changed old card which was scammed to a new one to put on file. When I was unable to get credit for an e-bike, my score was too low to qualify, or Credit Snap Finance jumped in and took care of my needs, and they continue to provide great customer service.

I got furniture that was roughly 2600.00 through Snap Finance company about five months ago. I called them to see how much was left owing, I've been paying 191.67 every two weeks someone called Jeff told me that I owed 7000.00 in total which is untrue.

This company is located in Costa Rica and I can't speak to a supervisor to get some answers.

English is their second language and they don't understand much of what I'm asking them. I say NO to this company

I bought furniture. From Value City and used Snap Finance Company to pay for it.

And pay them back monthly payments until it's paid in full. The bill came to 3,600.00; they will let you pay off in 4 months without the large fees.

Well, it's been 5 months of 383.00, and when asked what was left owing, they said I owe 7,000.00 plus dollars. They're trying to rob me, and I don't know who to speak with about this.

I wanted to speak to a person and the automated system just kept repeating it self. I have 2 accounts with SNAPP and I was trying to see about my balance on both Accounts!!

I don't know what is going on. I have been extremely happy with snap finance.

I call, make my payment and I'm done. I will continue to use snap finance. I like the 100 days they give to pay off your loan, and I try and do complete the entire payment at the time given.

I think snap is awesome. I have no idea where a "pissed customer" is even coming from.

Placed a review on Google Reviews and was contacted by the owner, who said to contact Snap directly to have my account settled since it was Snap's mistake in giving me the payment amount I needed to pay off in the 100-day period. $1 per month for 3.

Customer service was excellent had to have car repair done servals times they came through each and every time very help thanks again

I just signed up with Snap. I'm not sure if the card is active.

Please let me know if I can only use it at the shop or if I can use it to pay my bills. I want to know if I can only use this card to repair my truck.

I have been trying to make a payment over the phone as I've done on the past. 178 is taken out of my account automatically, but to reach the goal to pay off the loan by November I usually call and pay more.

I have a debt that I need to pay and the system is not allowing me to pay the full amount and autopay will no longer be possible from July 31, 2025, because all my accounts will be closed.

I'm grateful for All of the Company assistance. Sometimes you need help and the banks don't always assist you without tons of paperwork and a background check.

This is not the case with SNAP. I even got new tires for my car with their approval.
